Let’s Get Started…

We have tried to keep things as simple as possible in terms of getting your new website online as quickly as possible.

Firstly, you need a domain name and hosting for your website. Whilst there are a plethora (big word for us!) of companies that will provide you with these we’re only recommending one – NetNerd.

Why only NetNerd? Well we’ve had websites with various hosts over the years but the simple fact is NetNerd provide awesome value for money… end of!

We can of course build your website on other platforms. You’re totally free to go search for another company, or companies, as you can buy your domain name from one company and your hosting from another.

However, that will cause a delay in getting your website online as we’ll have to change your ‘nameservers’ over… and that can take up 24 hours+ and like we say why make things more complicated than they need to be!

We use NetNerd ourselves for domain names and hosting and we use them for the same reason we gave you.

The Design Phase

Purchase your ‘Off The Shelf’ web design securely via Paypal using the button below – If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still pay using a credit or debit card when you select ‘Guest Checkout’ on the Paypal website.

After purchasing, please email the login details of your NetNerd account (or you hosting company) to swifty@swiftywebdesign.co.uk

We will make sure things are progressing smoothly, as it normally takes a few hours (but can take up to 24 hours) for everything to be set up on the back end at the hosting company.

Once it’s ready we’ll install the relevant content platform and any necessary plugins.

Whilst we’re doing that, you can decide what information you’d included on your website. This should include what your company does, details on the service(s) you provide, some background information on your company and any contact information you’d included.

If you’d like any of your photographs or images (such as a logo) included please include them when you’re sending the above details – otherwise we’ll just use some standard stock images relevant to your business.

We’ll then let you know when your website is completed!
